We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our standard delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a notification once your package is on its way.

We provide a detailed size chart for all our Lumis T-shirts (Men, Women, and Kids). We recommend measuring a shirt you already own that fits well and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

Yes! At LUMIS, our sarees feature high-quality, handmade screen-printed designs, making each piece unique and crafted with care.

To keep your DTF prints and screen-printed sarees looking new, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and avoiding direct iron contact with the printed areas.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed for our 2–3 day delivery window, we may not be able to make changes.
